Former 'Bond girl', Fiona Fullerton and husband Neil Shackell bought Grade II listed St John’s Lodge earlier this year.
Formerly used as an architects office it was marketed with an asking price of £895,000. Fullerton, who starred with Roger Moore in 1985 Bond movie, "A View To A Kill", has released books on how to renovate properties to increase their value. The couple have submitted plans to restore the Regency Villa into an elegant six-bedroom family home.
